Mountain Bike Oregon (MBO) is Oregon’s premier mountain bike festival with a devoted following to all participating vendors and sponsors.

Vendor and Demo Booth Spaces

Vendor Checklist

  • Read this entire webpage to understand costs and event arrival times.

  • Click the link below to fill out the Vendor & Sponsor Registration.

  • Finish the form including payment for your booth space.

  • Order your Certificate of Insurance for the event naming Mountain Bike Oregon, LLC at 150 NW 6th St, Newport, OR 97365 as an additional insured.

  • Email your Certificate of Insurance to director@mtboregon.com

  • Email MBO your company logo.

Vendor Booth Details

  • $420 – Expo booth space small – approx. 15×20, one canopy, no display vehicle parking in your booth
  • $620 – Large expo booth space – approx. 20×40, two or more canopies,  includes branded vehicle in booth. Placement in Adult Beverage Garden for afternoon & evening engagement.
  • $620 – Bike Demo booth space – approx. 20×40, two or more canopies, includes branded  vehicle in booth. Placement in Demo Arena.

Late bird pricing starts May 1st. All registrations increase by $100 per booth space.

  1. Please plan to donate product for MBO’s famous Saturday night raffle. We will happily post images of your donations ahead of time on both MBO’s Facebook & Instagram pages!
  2. Bring product donations with you to the event but email professional (or easy to view the items) images ahead of time to be used on MBO’s social media.

All booth spaces are included on festival website & in festival program (if registered by June 1st)

  1. Mountain Bike Oregon is not liable for any incidents related to vendor products at this event. You are responsible for securing and locking your booth. Security will be provided, but items must be secured within reason.
  2. Vendors are required to have general liability insurance – and include Mountain Bike Oregon as insured in your certificate of insurance. You will need to mail proof to MBO before the event. Demo companies are required to provide their own waivers.

Vendors are responsible for their own power and lighting needs.  Please bring generator or solar powered lights to illuminate your booth in the evening.

Vendor & Bike Demo Booth Schedule

Participant shuttles leave between 8-10am, return around 2pm. Demo bike companies get a lot of morning traffic. Other vendors get more afternoon and evening traffic starting at 3pm and staying busy when the Adult Beverage Garden/Food Cart area is open 4-10pm.

Vendor Set Up/Check-In hours:

  • Wednesday early check-in: 4-7pm
  • Thursday vendor check-in:12-8pm
  • Note: Please go to Vendor registration as your first stop when you arrive at Mountain Bike Oregon to welcome you and get your set up in your assigned spot.

Expo booth hours:

  • Thursday: 4-8pm
  • Friday: 7-11am, 2-6pm
  • Saturday: 7-11am, 2-6pm
  • Sunday: 7-10am, 1-3pm

Bike Demo booth hours:

  • Thursday: 4-8pm
  • Friday: 7-11am, 2-6pm
  • Saturday: 7-11am, 2-6pm
  • Sunday: 7-10am, 1-3pm

Online registration is now closed!

Online registration is now closed so we can process our reports and make final preparations.  There is still room for you to come and register at the event site.  Registration will be open on Thursday from 12-8PM and again on Friday morning at 7AM.  You will just pay with a credit card and choose your rides from the spots available.
