MBO Vendor & Sponsorship Registration 2022

Partnership Level Sponsor upgrades include the following:

Diamondback Bikes, Vendor booth of Diamonback Bikes in Oakridge Oregon.

  • Large size expo or bike demo booth space 
  • Key booth placement in high visibility area  
  • Logo on Event website – linked to your website
  • Opportunity to include literature and/or samples in over 400 participants registration packets
  • Multiple mentions on MBO’s Facebook & Instagram pages
  • Company and product shout outs throughout the event from the beverage garden MC
  • Business or product highlight in MBO newsletter, with clickable link.
  • Work with Event Director to plan a ¨partner event¨ to highlight your brand.

MBO Expo Booth – Small space:  $450

This booth type is for:  Smaller vendor set up with no display vehicle.

Booth space:  15 x 20 feet, one canopy.    

Staff: One staff event entry.

Placement:  Adult Beverage Garden for afternoon & evening engagement. 

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Expo Booth – Large space:  $650

This booth type is for:  Larger vendor set up with more than one canopy and a display vehicle.

Booth space:  20 x 40 feet, two or more canopies, includes branded vehicle in booth. 

Staff: Two staff event entry.

Placement:  Adult Beverage Garden for afternoon & evening engagement.  

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Demo Booth – Large space:  $650

This booth type is for:  Companies that will have products available for people to demo (bikes or gear), larger setup with more than one canopy & a display vehicle.

Demo booth space:  20 x 40, two or more canopies, includes branded vehicle in booth.

Staff: Two staff event entry.

Placement:  Demo Arena which is most active in the morning and afternoons.  

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Partnership Level Sponsor:  $1200 (includes booth space)

Deepen your connection with MBO participants through enhanced sponsorship!  Being a sponsor creates additional opportunities to interact with MBO participants, guide crew and volunteers.  If upgrading to Sponsorship level you do not need to also purchase booth space, it is included in this cost (+ the additional benefits listed above).  

  • Two Staff Full Event Access including special guided shuttles just for sponsors!
  • Includes Large or Demo Booth space and placement will be at a key spot in either Demo Arena or Adult Beverage Garden.
  • Hot link logo on the Vendor web page – linked to your website.
  • Opportunity to include literature and/or samples in over 400 participants registration packets.
  • Multiple mentions on MBO’s Facebook & Instagram pages.

Additional Staff ticket $250 

You must register for a Vendor booth in order to purchase this ticket. This is for additional staff needed in your booth.

This ticket is limited for Guests of MBO Guides.  Your registration will be approved by our Guide Coordinator.

The venue for Mountain Bike Oregon is on 80 acres of land.  We are nestled at the base of Alpine Trail and the North Fork of the Willamette River.  You cross the historic “Office Covered Bridge” and enter our private event domain.
