All booth registrations include the following:

Partnership Level Sponsor upgrades include the following:

MBO Expo Booth – Small space:  $420

This booth type is for:  Smaller vendor set up with no display vehicle.

Booth space:  15 x 20 feet, one canopy.    

Placement:  Adult Beverage Garden for afternoon & evening engagement. 

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Expo Booth – Large space:  $620

This booth type is for:  Larger vendor set up with more than one canopy and a display vehicle.

Booth space:  20 x 40 feet, two or more canopies,  includes branded vehicle in booth. 

Placement:  Adult Beverage Garden for afternoon & evening engagement.  

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Demo Booth – Large space:  $620

This booth type is for:  Companies that will have products available for people to demo (bikes or gear), larger set up with more than one canopy & a display vehicle.

Demo booth space:  20 x 40, two or more canopies, includes branded  vehicle in booth.

Placement:  Demo Arena which is most active in morning and afternoons.  

Power:  All booths must provide their own power (generator or solar). Phone & mini speaker only charging station will be on site.

 

MBO Partnership Level Sponsor:  $1000

Deepen your connection with MBO participants through enhanced sponsorship!  Being a sponsor creates additional opportunities to interact with MBO participants, guide crew and volunteers.  If upgrading to Sponsorship level you do not need to also purchase booth space, it is included in this cost (+ the additional benefits listed above).  

Includes Large or Demo Booth space and placement will be at a key spot in either Demo Arena or Adult Beverage Garden.


 

Additional Ticket Options for Extra People:

 

Additional Employee Full Pass – Riding Adult:  $250

Additional Employee Full Event Pass for Riding. Registration for small, large or demo booth space automatically comes with 2 full riding passes to event.

If you have an additional employee that is needed to help run your booth, you can buy 1 additional pass at a discount. Limit 1 per registration.

 

Additional Employee full pass – Non Riding Adult:  $150

Additional Employee Full Pass for Non-Riding Adult. Registration for small, large or demo booth space automatically comes with 2 full riding passes to event.

This pass is only for Non-Riding Adults. It includes everything BUT riding & shuttles.  Limit 2 per registration.

 

Additional Employee pass – Non Riding Kids, 11 & Under:  $75

Additional Employee Pass for Non-Riding Kids, 11 & under. Registration for small, large or demo booth space automatically comes with 2 full riding passes to event. This pass is only for Non-Riding Kids. It includes everything BUT riding, shuttles & Adult Beverage Garden.  Limit 2 per registration.

The venue for Mountain Bike Oregon is on 80 acres of land.  We are nestled at the base of Alpine Trail and the North Fork of the Willamette River.  You cross the historic “Office Covered Bridge” and enter our private event domain.
